Space-saving solution

Thanks to their compact size, space for the PWD 8531 and PWD 8532 thermal disinfectors can be found in even small hygiene rooms: Countertop, freestanding or undercounter. The ergonomic working height makes for convenient loading and unloading, without the need to stoop or bend! The PWD 8532 also offers space for process chemicals. The plinth space-savingly accommodates two 5 l canisters.

Thorough drying

DryPlus hot-air drying with an upstream HEPA H 14 filter (retention rate: 99.995%) represents an ideal solution for lumened instruments.

Simple dispensing

Liquid process chemicals are dispensed simply and automatically via 2 dispenser pumps. On the PWD 8531, process hemicals from integrated supply tanks are dispensed at the appropriate programme stages. In the PWD 8532 with its plinth, dispensing is from the two integrated 5 l canisters.

Visual inspection

Visual monitoring during reprocessing is enabled by the full-glass door, allowing items blocking the passage of the spray arms to be removed.

Convenient operation

The high-quality flush glass surface is particularly easy to clean and contributes to improved hygiene. The MP.CON 3 controls with an intuitive Touch on Glass interface allows fast access to all programmes and settings. Convenient controls are enabled by several direct-access buttons and a 4" colour display.

Complete and gap-free process documentation

Miele process documentation options ensure documented security. This is done either by transferring data to documentation software or by porting data to a printer. Further, these models have an integrated memory able to save data from up to 200 cycles. Data transferred via the RS232 interface can be ported to Ethernet, WiFi or USB using standard, off-the-shelf IT components.*

Clean results

In order to avoid discolouration, deposits and stains on instruments, Miele thermal disinfectors are equipped ex works with an
integrated water softener which removes most of the minerals causing water hardness from tap water. This ensures optimum cleaning results: A positive contribution to retaining the value of instruments and extending the life of the thermal disinfector!

Greater security through continuous process monitoring

PWD 8531 and PWD 8532 thermal disinfectors feature independent systems for the continuous monitoring of process parameters, in particular pressure and temperature. Even in the event of a fault, documentation and a fail-safe termination of the disinfection process is guaranteed.
